The essence of Brunson's claim of territorial sovereignty infringement
Brunson's statement on the infringement of territorial sovereignty is not “crossing the line.” We must not be mistaken.
It means they have the right to decide on territorial sovereignty. The only ones who can do that, bypassing us, are the invading forces occupying this land. With this statement, the U.S. military is revealing itself to be an invader of this land. What else can the infringement of territorial sovereignty be called but an act of aggression? And since it is a foreign army that claims and exercises such rights, it is not at all strange to call them an invading army.
Therefore, Brunson's outrageous remark is not an outrageous remark, but a “proclamation of an invading army.” It did not cross the line, but clearly defined it. If we still don't understand this, we are not a sovereign nation. Or, the reality that we cannot properly articulate something so obvious clearly shows the relationship between us and the United States. We must not deviate from the essence. If we are an independent nation, we must sternly warn against this and immediately enforce Brunson's expulsion.
Grounds for the removal of USFK
If I say this, those who believe in or are influenced by the pro-American subservience (崇美事大) ideology, thinking that the U.S. is our protector, will object. However, such thinking is a display of loyalty by pro-American traitorous forces and a germ that Imperial America subtly, and sometimes overtly, planted and spread among the people of this land through education and media. The “form of germ warfare” is so diverse. We must eradicate this to survive.
Therefore, the USFK, which is expanding and reproducing the fundamental suffering of this nation, must be promptly removed. The reason for using the word “removal” rather than withdrawal is that their military apparatus must be completely dismantled. Otherwise, even if they withdraw, they could return at any time and immediately reactivate their military bases. This is a carbon copy of the history where Japan, during the Russo-Japanese War, inserted a clause in the Korea-Japan Protocol stating that they could requisition any land in this country for their military bases. The only thing that has changed in imperial rule is the subject.
Isn't that right? Since September 8, 1945, when the U.S. military advanced into Incheon after issuing an occupation proclamation, not a liberation celebration notice, until now (and from the time they left a military advisory group on June 30, 1949, to maintain the occupation system, and then returned to the Korean War through intervention in the civil war), they have held the most decisive sovereignty of this nation: military sovereignty. They merely took over from the Japanese imperialist forces. So, it is normal for them to proudly assert that military sovereignty is theirs.
When we demand it back, they again talk about new changes in standards and qualifications. What other qualifications and standards are there besides being a sovereign nation? By doing so, they are insulting and seizing our sovereignty. Since they unilaterally change the standards every time, they intend never to give it back. Only an invading army can do that. An alliance never tramples on the sovereignty of its allied nation. That is an attack on the alliance relationship. Therefore, the USFK has nullified its own alliance status. The military alliance between South Korea and the US has thus ended. In that case, it is natural for them to leave. It is reasonable to tell them to leave.
This is not an anti-American issue, but a fundamental principle of international relations. An alliance that seizes the sovereignty of an allied nation is an occupation and a deception, merely disguised as an alliance.
This history, which began with the first American invasion of Joseon in 1871, known as the Shinmiyangyo, has still not been resolved. Which country sold this nation to Japan for the colonization of the Philippines? The aggressor, the invader, has been reversed into a protector, a benefactor, and has dominated the brain of this nation. Our ancestors' folk tale about a tiger that ate a mother and then tried to trick the children into believing it was their mother to eat them too, accurately exposes this reality.
How dare a nation that cannot call an invading army an invading army demand wartime operational control? Isn't this country openly making outrageous remarks? Therefore, Brunson has no reason to change his claims. Brunson has not apologized or revised his statements since this incident. The only problem is that he spoke too frankly.
Japan's indiscriminate bombing sortie bases during the Korean War and now
And is that all? We must never tolerate Japan, which constantly targets Dokdo, and the conspiracy and machinations of the United States, which is frantically trying to make the Self-Defense Forces, Japan's military, into an official Japanese army, while attempting to transform the Republic of Korea's military into a mercenary system for Japan. We must remember this. The fact that Japan's “Yokota” was the sortie base for indiscriminate bombing during the Korean War. And today, Yokota is also the sortie base for the so-called ROK-US-Japan joint military exercises. How should we accept this?
Kanto University Professor Hayashi Hirofumi, in his book <Japan, the Sortie Base for Indiscriminate Bombing in the Korean War>, testifies about the massive bombings carried out by the US military under the name “Operation Strangle.” It is another name for the scorched-earth operation. Bruce Cumings estimates that at least 2 million Koreans died as a result. This cannot be defined as anything other than “massacre.” Most of these events occurred in the North. Nearly one-third of the population in the North at the time perished. Curtis LeMay, a leading figure in aerial bombing theory and practice, even confessed to killing over 1 million people through bombing in the Korean War.
Professor Kim Tae-woo of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, who published <Bombing: The Korean War as Read Through the Records of the U.S. Air Force's Aerial Bombing>, proves that MacArthur repeatedly emphasized the “Scorched Earth Policy.” This scorched earth policy is followed by the phrase “to burn and destroy.” As a result, not only cities but also small mountain villages suffered this fate. Professor Kim says that after aerial bombing, the U.S. military always strafed to kill survivors and thereby prevented the fire from being extinguished at the scene where napalm bombs were burning. They pushed a country into an irrecoverable state. This is what a great power, an “savior” who saved us in the Korean War, did. Are we grateful?
Self-reliance is the trench and fortress of everything in this land. Command is done by the spirit of self-reliance..
How could this be? Unless they are invaders, no supporting army would come and massacre the people of an opposing country in such large numbers. What kind of supporting army does that? It was right to devise operations to protect even a single life. But they didn't. Because they were invaders. Japan, which invaded this land under the pretext of the Donghak Peasant Revolution, waged the Sino-Japanese War and hunted down and killed Donghak peasants even to the islands in the south. Are we grateful that they suppressed the “Donghak Rebellion” and saved the Joseon Dynasty? The true intention of invaders is massacre. That way, people cannot fight back against them.
It must be clearly understood. The amount of bombs the United States dropped on this land during the Korean War exceeded the amount used in World War II. Furthermore, they burned people alive with napalm bombs, roasted them to death, and even waged germ warfare. There is no part of the country from Sinuiju to No Gun Ri that was not covered by napalm bombs and strafing. It was astonishing that flies carrying toxic germs crawled across the snow-covered fields in the north, where steel-like cold raged.
Furthermore, the bombing of unarmed civilians, especially indiscriminate bombing, is a war crime under international law. The Korean War was a scene where U.S. military war crimes were blatantly committed. The truth of the Korean War is still concealed. The entire country was a valley of death. In the midst of the war, the Bodo League massacre left over 200,000 lives scattered across the fields. Oh, you anguished souls of this land~!
What, then, will the war that the United States is currently preparing in East Asia bring us? Isn't the thought alone terrifying? We must stop it. To do so, these American troops must not remain in this country for even a single day. They are still plotting war against our brethren in the North. They intend to “murder” the entire nation.
Brunson is by no means an individual. He is a governor-general dispatched by the American Empire. This is no different from how all the governor-generals of the Japanese colonial government during the Japanese occupation were military men.
The empire's invasion and war are still ongoing. However, our struggle against it will also become even stronger. Self-reliance is the trench and fortress of everything in this land. We are the soldiers who defend this trench and fortress.
Command is exercised by the spirit of self-reliance.
